We collect information you provide directly (name, work email, company details) as well as the content of invoices and contracts you choose to upload to the platform.
How we use data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the service: processing your documents, generating your dashboard, and account-related communication. Never sold to third parties.
Subprocessors
We rely on subprocessors to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI document processing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (application hosting). Each is contractually bound to GDPR compliance.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted within a reasonable period after cancellation, unless a longer retention is legally required.

Strict per-company data isolation (row-level security), EU-only hosting, encryption in transit and at rest.
