Service description
Qorbow is a SaaS platform for analyzing software spend from invoices and contracts uploaded by the user.
User account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
Acceptable use
The service is reserved for legitimate professional use. Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or abusive use are prohibited.
Subscription and billing
Pricing and billing terms are detailed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Intellectual property
The platform's content, brand, and code remain Qorbow's property. Your data remains your own.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend an account in cases of proven abuse.
Limitation of liability
Qorbow provides its analyses for informational purposes. Savings recommendations and price comparisons don't constitute contractual or legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
